AFX vs. QSI

what did i hear on CSI, NY just now but backdoor.berbew.q (qq muthafucka) off of analord

i had just been recording, still had cubase open, so i hit record and then scrambled to turn gear back on (at 0:13, suitably, you hear a pop from my paia fatman firing up). only managed a lone bass blatt from the tb666 before i had to fade it out again.

but still... it's afx vs. qsi, m8s. i'm stoked

Sick! So that clip at the end was from CSI?

CSI was on tv, i have a tv tuner card going into computerator. i heard afx, pressed record in cubase, causing it to begin recording television in brilliant, equalized technistereo. then i got up and started to turn stuff on. once i got my paia fatman filter going a bit i fired up some delay, and used the tb666 for a mere blatyt as mentioned

but anyways, for that matter, I've heard very interesting music in CSI before. My favorite will always be regular CSI, but one time I was surprised to hear none other than "Dayvan Cowboy" in CSI Miami. I was dissapointed.

- i never said 'bass blast.' i called it a blatt, and then a blatyt, and i stand by those statements - i was ramping up teh tune to the note i wanted but i didn't get enough time. so it came out a a blatttyt instead of a B A S S B L A S T

- a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day

what is a tb666?

my flatmate has a paia fatman. he has the old 2u blue version he says. says he built it in '96. also has a thumbdrum? does that make sense?
