uncategorical? drum and bass

hi all... working on a song for a local soundclash... i don't usually work with samples much, and even in this one i kind of overlayed a lot on top.

the sound clash is drum and bass... and i'm curious if this track fits the bill.

if you have a chance to listen, i would love to hear your opinion.

Sounds quite cool. I'll give this a few more listens.

yeah this is good.

perhaps could do with a bit more in the way of a tune, the flute thingy sounds cool but doesn't really go anywhere.

reminds me a bit of amon tobin. and if you replaced the DnB beat with something slower this would sound like jean-michel jarre.
