WTF?? could this just be a mis-labelled Universal Indicator Blue (by mike dred aka The Kosmik Kommando)?

Many early copies of UI Blue were stamped by the distributor "The Aphex Twin" in order to sell more - same with UI Red (although Richard actually did do Red, but not Blue - that was done by Mike Dred (aka the Kosmik Kommando)
