Could be pretty decent. Looks like Burial will be busy in the beginning of November.

I find it annoying when something is named "Dub" and turns out to be Dubstep.

Yeah I like that Scuba track on the last one. Saw this when I went into Soul Jazz a couple of weeks back.

but isnt this dubstep artists doing a kind of classic dub sound? the last box of dub was like that.

although do i find it annoying when the term dub is used strangely in general, like a lot of electronic music fans i talk to think dub means Monolake and Deadbeat and have no idea who Lee Perry is.

Dunno? But when I saw the names Scream, Digital Mystikz etc. I instantly thought of weird, bubbly, distorted basslines and annoying MCs. Wake me up when dubstep gets good, okay?

Good news.

Skream's "Sub Island" from that series is the jam....really really like hearing that song after a long day, lighting up and letting my teeth buzz from all the bass.

it was released as a 12" too. the b-side, pass the red stripe, is another cracker.

Yep, that's what I've got(I was too cheap to buy the 3LP, waiting for next paycheck for that).

Actually, stay tuned, once I get my soundcard, I'm recording a mix I wrote a couple weeks back that has Pass the Red Stripe in it ;)

edit: Kaini, you might be able to name this track. There's a Skream live set, on barefiles(it's him in Belgium w/some God awful MC), what is the track he drops in with the super evil bassline about 50 minutes in?

So, despite being told explicitly to expect a track from burial, there isn't one. Sounds dubbier than the previous box, which is good imo.

i look forward to this, the first one had a few weak spots in my opinion, hopefully this will deliver
