New tune all

Needs more work I reckon ... sort out levels etc. Gonna do some more edits to make the beats a bit less obvious and stuff also. Think this is one of me better tunes. Anyways folks have a listen and lets us know your views as always. Cheers.

The Bro - Untitled Tune

Wow. Through my headphones and my crappy cheapo altec/lansings the levels sound fine to me. I can't exactly tell what is missing or what could be improved on levelwise. I like the chord theme. The percussion fills are great. I like the guitar stabs that come in around 1:11. The end is pretty nuts, it sounds like it's telling my to "smoke the reefer" (2:36-2:37) :omg:

I think that if this track isn't finished, then it's in it's very final stages.

But if it's decided as being finished "as is", it's a sweet track IMHO.

I like the drums a lot. The synth/bass lines aren't really my cup of tea. I think there might be a few too many breakdowns in this. There's only so many times, I feel anyhow, that you can cut away a rhythm and/or slam it to no volume with a filter sweep before it breaks up the song flow too much. I guess I would have preferred keeping some basic grooves going for longer, and perhaps changing them up with slight dynamic alterations (like emphasizing different parts with volume, doing volume slide snare fills or something, etc).

The vocal bit at the end was pretty interesting, would have liked it to last longer and do more!

It reminds me of Amon Tobin in several ways. Sorry if this all sounds too critical, just trying to provide constructive comments and all. I think overall it sounds pretty good, the production is much better than you let on, it sounds very crisp and clear.

I love this incredibly dark stuff, it sounds like proto-squarepusher, or squarepusher in a straight-jacket... restrained...

i like it and give guys credit ...with this style if you dont do it right it sounds like ass..the drum variations sound fine as well.
