Rushup edge, vinyl VS cd

I 've just bought the three vinyls pack of rushup edge. They are meant to be played at 45RPM, i guess, thought it seem to be just a little speedier at this rate than cd verson. Don't tell me it's a 78RPM vinyl.

can someone post a link of the different speed of tuss? I don't think it's considered illegal if it's a different speed right?
