AFX Tune Ids

I've had these ripped out of a live set that he played, for some time...I had my fingers crossed eagerly that they'd come out in the wash on the Analord series, but they never did....not to my knowledge, anyway. Perhaps I'm wrong, tell me if I am please.

Anyhow, excuse the quality of these tracks, but the magic still comes even through terribly muddied and distorted fogs:

In my opinion, very few tracks out of the analord series come close to these tunes in how good they are (emotively/evocatively)....so i'd love to know if they were relased so I can get them. Any and all help much appreciated :)

but i called the second one "xmas acid" (played on rephlex xmas 2002 dates in europe), i think joyrex (webmaster) told a few unreleased afx tunes were in fact remixes of his known trx (??!!) i dont know but yeah, "xmas acid" is fantastic..

The second one sounds like Analord 10 PROMO. Infact I think some of the track's on the promo were actually played on that rephlex disco assault thing.

You can download the particular set as a video here. You can hear sample 1 at the beginning of RDJ's mix in video 1, sample 2 you can hear somewhere near the middle of video 2.

Both are unreleased tracks, totally unrelated to any currently known unreleased tracks and very, very good.

I'd say they are post Drukqs, but pre-Analord in terms of what he's using musically there.

If anyone fancies ID'ing a tune, this one shouldn't be *too* hard...

Jungle type tune, heavy on the amen. AFX plays it in the Torino set and also played it at Glade last year to kick in the last 30 minutes. Starts with a Redman sample from a song called "Slide and Rock On" that goes

"Yo, this blunt is for all the African Americanz that was in the holdin pen with me in central Brooklyn... (clattering sound)

Welcome to the system"

It's on part 2 of that "Wired For Sound" mix by Soundmurderer as well, it's a great piece of music! Can't do a sample but could find where it starts in the Torino MP3 when I get home from work if that helps

btw, the beat is from the fake Analord10 edit (track 2 to be exact), or atleast a good replica of it
