Bubba69
http://vemberaudio.se/ this was the coolest commercial sampler before it became free. Can do a lot of stuff. And very intuitive. His synth is awesome too. This is definately better than most samplers I have used. Really awesome effects too. acid1
OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!! I been waiting for version 2 cuz of sample preview. This sampler is totally electronic music! I use the free version of it all the way to do experiments with the modulation matrix Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/27895-wow-really-awesome-sampler-just-released-as-freeware/#findComment-593079 Share on other sites

Polymershapes
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=196784 this thread explains a lot if you feel like reading it all. but for sc2 you can either drag your samples from a windows explorer folder onto the piano key area on the left, or you could make a shortcut to your sample folder inside of the sc2 "samples" folder which should be wherever you installed the plugin, probably your vst folder. then right click and refresh database on the right hand side browser area. then you should see all your samples, and be able to preview them with the wee play butt on etc Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/27895-wow-really-awesome-sampler-just-released-as-freeware/#findComment-593427 Share on other sites

It'd be nice to have one of those "autosampler" features in it where it would play a synth + midi cc changes through the scale and map everything velocitywise in a sampler, something like the redmatica autosampler doohickey. I will say though, the "auto-generate drum kit" feature is super fucking handy. I haven't used any soft samplers in a long time but anything that doesn't have it is totally missing out Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide ten fingers ten toes's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/27895-wow-really-awesome-sampler-just-released-as-freeware/#findComment-593519 Share on other sites

Bubba69
yeah I don't know. Many people considered it to be their near-ultimate sampler before it was released for free, so I wouldn't throw it away too fast. Its pretty handy. I don't like that it doesn't have an autoslice feature.
