Guest tht! tne
i think the track gained in depth over its course though i wasn't entirely with it the whole time it won me over by the end though lots of interesting sounds and techniques the other two were interesting but i didn't enjoy them as much Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/28071-214am-eastern-time-august-29th/#findComment-594481 Share on other sites
Guest synthganic
I like this track. The room verb on your drums make them come alive in the mix. Your sound choice was very interesting too with plenty of little cuts and edits to make it interesting all the way through. Some of your synths seemingly morph into others keeping this track moving without a hitch. I'm giving you a four. Keep it up. I tend to just let it end up where I feel it should go. Sometimes that just means that it meanders aimlessly. Good to know that didn't quite end up being the case here. synthganic said: I like this track. The room verb on your drums make them come alive in the mix. Y Yeah it's a reverb plug in called R-66. It sounds awesome. I had a fair bit on each drum track anyway, but I put a tiny, tiny, tiny amount when mastering (which I never really do) and it really made the drums come alive and stand out. Thanks for the comments guys bumperoo for anybody else :embrassed: Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide b born droid's signature Hide all signatures spotify soundcloud Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/28071-214am-eastern-time-august-29th/#findComment-595944 Share on other sites
BCM
lovely crisp production on this, i like it. i think the drums are the standout feature here - they really dominate the soundscape, but in a good way - they pads and chords accentuate the beats nicely and complement the higher frequencies. good stuff!
