Dig out your instrument CDs

I want to get myself some cds that contain instruments so that I can sample a few bits and pieces but it has to be CDs where only the instrument is played. The other day I bought some really really cheap christmas pan flute/pan pipe cds but unfortunately they contain drums and other things.

I don't want ones that are specifically designed for sampling as I wont get them cheap.

can somebody please recommend some good ones?

I'm looking for:

Flute

Bagpipes

Accordian

this goes in EKT. Also, you can find thousands of samples online by simply searching google.

thank you for your replies but i asked here for a reason. Sorry for posting it in the wrong spot.

Also, I asked here because searching through google isnt going to help me. i'm after cds where only the instrument is playing. Hence the asking of if you guys could recommend something.

I was just thinking that some "learn how to play" instrument CDs that contain scales would be ideal although I dont think that they exist.

I'm pretty sure that the only instrument cds that contain scales are piano ones.

You got p2p working I assume. Try searching bittorrent sites for sample cds. there are hundreds and hundreds of sample cds with nothing but instruments.

i know you want shit handed to you, but part fo the joy in using samples is stumbling across something and thinking, "damn that sounds fucking sweet, i could use it like this or this..."

I didnt know that you guys were getting pissed off.

I did some searching on CDuniverse and Amazon for the learn how to play cds but didnt have any luck. I'm normally good at finding what i want, believe me.

You mean you just want each note of a scale for each instrument?

you should check out your public library. they'll probably have a multimedia section with classical and perhaps educational cds.

at least they do in america. now your national pride is at stake, you'd better go check it out.
