just finished listening to the whole thing. there are lots of really cool sounds going on here, wonderful atmospheres and voice manipulation. each song is sort of like a character i guess, the song for me anyway takes on the personality of the speaker. for example the only track i didnt like is track 2 because that dude sounds like a total douche. the rest ranged. i think you finished really strongly, atopdog is awesome (cool fuzzy synth distorted melodies and beat going, kinda NINny), and like everyone else said, "i just" is really really good as well.

you can tell a lot of thought went into this, and it's no wonder it took you a long time to do it. the music for the most part goes with the voices perfectly. everything is terrifically produced.

it is definitely an interesting project and for that reason alone deserves a listen from everyone on here. it's also a demanding listen for the same reason though. you sort of get out of it what you put into it. unfortunately i think it's pretty difficult to be interested in other people's dreams. but i dont know, maybe that's a good thing, maybe that allows you to sort of tune out the content of the words and just soak it in subconsciously. because i was thinking, hey maybe this would be even better if it was people telling some cool stories that actually happened, but in that case i would be straining to hear everything, and it'd be more like listening to a documentary with your back to the tv.

i was impressed i must say. i hope you take on another project and put as much effort into it in the future.

i'm glad you got that the tracks are supposed to be character-like. i feel like i udnerstand a lot about people's personalities by paying attention to how they talk, and i thought of each track as a sort of (impressionistic) 'portrait' of the speaker(s).

lol about track 2. that's The Flashbulb. i can see how you would think he sounds douchey, but i also think his story is hilarious.

I gave up after track six. It was interesting conceptually I thought, with cool sounds, but it just didn't seem like my type of joint.

This really is a great listen. It had me captivated from the get go. Which is good sign as that dosen't happen to me easily, especially recently. I have always been interested in dreams. So it was great to find something like this that makes it explicit. The sound design is really good for the most part. Some of the timestretching on the vocals wasn't quite to my taste, this however is out weighed by the general excellence of everything else on here. I am also of the opinion that I just is the track on here. A real work of beauty.

I take it you recorded all the dream experiences on here. Can you shed any light on who they are or is that going to spoil it?

Super bad-ass, thanks for releasing this. I've heard a lot of these before but it's great hearing them in sequence. The transitions are very well-done. Nice surprise hearing a couple of my words on the first track!

I love the music even more than the dreams sometimes! they're so evocative. Gateway is a new one that I particularly love. The overall palette of echoey/ethereal and hard/incisive really works well on this one.

I Just will always have a special place in me, it's gorgeous, heartfelt, and perfectly captures that feeling of a dream you will never forget.

Congratulations on finishing it! Keep me posted on what you do next.

grabbed this cos i was so impressed with 'autumn' on the lifetime comp, pretty class like. still think autumn is a fucking unbeliavably good track.
