Surfin on Dialup

Simple little song i made recently. Homage to the days of the 56k... i guess.

Love it.

Oh, I like it. the start reminds me of something similar I once heard, except dedicated to the ZX Spectrum. I wish I could find that track.

Anyway, nice progression in the track. What it changes to is good but I don't know if it can go on that long, it's not really musical enough to be used for prolonged time. I think it probably cuts off just a little bit too late.

Noises 3/4 of the way through are nice.

Overally, well, I like it. :]

i like when the intro cuts off around 0:23

into that new more melodic part of the track

i also like the part around 1:26

i would be pleasantly surprised to find this on an ep or lp

i think it works better if you don't know about the dialup sounds gimmick ahead of time

but then again you do want it to be named accurately, or i suppose

Its weird. I originally intended to not take the track too seriously, and then i had a surprisingly difficult time find another melody besides the initial chord progression, so in the end i ended up being serious.

Nice pads, kind of melody/harmonies which is easy-listening and interesting.

like your background noises. good simplicity/attention to detail ratio!
