Tiny bits that should have been an entire track

Everytime I listen to the introduction, the first few seconds, of "To Cure A Weakling Child, Contour Regard", I start praying that they never end.

They do everytime, though.

What other seconds should have been made an entire track of?

The first 1:40 + the main melody of Hangable Auto Bulb.

seriously only 1/3rd of that track is good.

The synth at the beginning of Fenix Funk 5!

Yeah I totally agree. But I love the way it builds up and hints toward that moment for the whole track. It makes it very rewarding when it comes.
