the kid would most likely hate BOC and just listen to rap/rock. I remember in an interview they stated how their moderatly happy that there not as famous as they are. When someone discovers BOC its like a little gem, if I say them on mtv it just wouldnt be the same.

Realistically, they would listen to other music in the future, of what genre i don't know.

i heard it from the other room and ran in there hoping to see "a good video for once"

I think hearing it at a young age would produce nostalgia very different from the the kind most people get from it.
