Guest meneedit
Now that I know a fair bit about frequencies I want to get into some really complex frequency manipulation. When It comes to taming harsh frequencies I want to take a new approach and actually determine which frequencies are the worst and which are swelling up really bad. the reason for this is because I find that when you move the knobs around on the FL parametric EQ it jumps around too much and makes it hard to land on specific frequencies. This can usually be solved with parametric equalizing but I wish to actually look at individual frequencies to see which ones peak the highest. I've had a quick look at the frequency analyzer in Adobe Audition but it doesn't really help me... it doesn't tell me which frequency peaks the most. I'm after one where you can: -Show/Hide Frequencies certain. -Auto Detect/Get A list of frequencies that are peaking alot higher than most. etc, etc... I also have some songs that I have rendered but don't have the files for anymore... this could help me to carefully equalize these tracks. So can somebody please inform me of a program with a frequency analyzer that caters for these needs? Thank you for your time :) Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/30439-frequency-analysis/ Share on other sites
