Guest FDR
nice track d00d, I would have used a slower beat, still pretty good though Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/30750-decipher/#findComment-654002 Share on other sites

Guest vodor
i like the idea of the right to left panning of the percussion, but it doesn't sit with me well. it kinda feels like someone's passing a big fuzzy pipecleaner into my right ear and out my left, over and over. at least with headphones on. very well composed though, nice. great melodies. maybe bring the kick up and the strings and such down though? dunno. the perc is kinda pushed to the back by the melody, which is entirely appropriate, but yeah. BCM
it's nice - i like the strings and general feel of the track - i did feel that some of the keyboard riffs sounded slightly off time, possibly because no quantization was used or something, and it also seemed as if sometimes you were trying to be a little too baroque if you know what i mean - one too many notes in there. but 'tis good stuff nevertheless! Guest yanG
be careful with the panning. only turn the knob a little. reminds of mad world. Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/30750-decipher/#findComment-655109 Share on other sites
Guest hellomynameis
Thanks for the comments! :wink2: Regarding the timing, I cant quantize because it is not midi, so alas my only gripe is the timing which is probably down to driver lag in my hardware, which Is very very hard to eliminate. And admittedly I applied the perc effects on my laptop, and I know I should have listened through first, but thanks anyway guys!
