sneaksta303
I did this remix for a group called Soul Society (although it's now more my song than theirs...) http://www.myspace.com/sholesociety Any comments would be appreciated, despite the fact I never have time to comment on too many songs on EKT... Genre? I dunno. Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide sneaksta303's signature Hide all signatures The Dark Tower Cycle Pplz ep The Swarm H.P. Guest tht! tne
i really liked this, felt it was both original and evocative expected it to kick into high gear slightly sooner but i was satisfied with what happened when it did i personally would've taken a more percussion-intensive route maybe try to complement those rushes somehow but you did it your own way and i respect you for it Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/30858-fuck-an-african-american-up/#findComment-657215 Share on other sites

Guest Promo
Lol I wrote a fairly thorough review but for some reason pressed some keyboard combo and the damn watmm screen dissapeared with everything I wrote. Erm well essentially I was gonna say that I quite like this but that I felt the bassline was fairly predictable as I've prolly played those very same notes a million times. So on that note I personally felt that it was down to the harmonies to really take this to next level and I don't know if they quite achieved that. However all said this is for me prolly the best/most interesting production I've heard on EKT today. Dale
There are a range of great sounds you have put together in this, nothing sounds too out of place either. I enjoyed the listen, I can sort of agree with tht! tne, perhaps a little more focus and expression on some of the percussion would have been wicked, but nevertheless, I really liked the dark feel and atmosphere it had.
