maybe it would work as an outro to a more kinetic and varied set of songs

i felt on-edge listening to this, like there was unresolved tension

also not really loud enough, had to turn my speakers up significantly

Cheers mate, in regard to the sound I downloaded it myself and I ain't got the same problem but sorry if you had problems with the sound.

Anyway I'm glad it caused an emotional response, espically one that was unpredictable.

I really like this. You made it in Reason, correct?

I've used Reason for like, 6 years almost... when you're stuck to only one good Distortion, Scream, it's easy to recgonize all of its sounds. :p

Do you still use it?

I think you need to vary the piano part, it gets very repetitive and boring

but not bad for a first try, just add more variation in there

I thought that perhaps another melody layered over the top would have made this tune stand out more. Percussion > I guess isn't always needed in some tunes like this. It sort of wrecked the listening experience when I found out that you used Reason to construct the tune, unlike some here, I dislike that program. Good start though

Yeh I agree about adding another melody to it, why don't u like reason? It's preety sound, the only thing I don't like about it, is that you cannot automate tempo.
