Cunningham built the video around the re-working. That was the point.

I like the original a lot better.

Cunningham throws the intro synth over the original track at about 3:15, and that's it. Add some quirky sounds and you've got a 'remix'. Of course I like the original more, because no one is able to remix RDJ's works and let it sound better. It's just like the Run Jeremy edit of Windowlicker. More accesible to dancefloors, but it has lost some of it's Aphex flavour in my opinion.

I never felt this track was anything special. I still don't think so, one of the few things on drukqs that never did anything for me.

The Cunningham mix made it more interesting. I enjoyed Rubber Johnny, but I can't help thinking a better track would have made it more interesting to me.

i liked the remix, it added a different sort of dimension to the original. also that psychadellic spooky intro music sounds mad nice when it plays with the other stuff.
