and the film samples are just there if someone wants to use them ...lots of people make original music

i wish people'd stop starting tracks off with a long sample from some film with swearing in it. i mean, it's what every other cunt does - especially in hip-hop and drum and bass tracks... like standard formula - find some sample that's usually about aliens or gangsters, let it run to it's climax then DROP THE BEAT.
