problem with ableton

so i was using the laptop and was saving an ableton project when it cut off

stupidly my fault as i had forgot to plug the power in and it was running on the battery.

anyway the file is now corrupt which is expected and all is not lost as i have a previous version saved

BUT

when i try and load live again it loads but asks me for the unlock code.as if it has just been installed. when i try and load a project it doesn't have any of the packs or instruments unlocked and it doesn't have my vst folder located.

any thoughts on this matter

edit. this is not a cracked copy, my ableton is a genuine copy as are all the unlock codes for all the instruments.

try..options>pref>search folder and or rescan vstfolder

or email support (they are usually right quick to reply)

alex is pretty much on the case - and if you need a new unlock they will more than likely just delete one and re-issue it.
