in search of television show

does anyone remember watching this show as a kid? leonard nimoy was the host of the show and it ran from the late 70's to mid 80's and is probably the reason why i became interested in the paranormal/unexplained. a lot of the music used in the show is super boc'ish and i bet that the brothers watched this show as they grew up and perhaps even used some of the music or atleast were inspired by it.

you can check out about 15 different episodes on youtube, whether you remember the show or not. its worth watching for sure. be sure to check out the one about plant communication called "other voices" and the shows on ghosts and ghost photography.

the bermuda triangle one is awesome too. the melodies in the music on this series are so beautiful and perhaps its because of the time the show was produced, but the boc comparision is justified i feel. even the video could be used in a boc music video. which brings up a cool idea, someone should take some of this footage and sync it up to their fave boc tune.

Cool. I love the Moogy sounding theme track & other music. Ah, man I want a Moog. One day I'm going to buy one ;)

There's a more modern version of this series, but doesn't have the oldscool appear of the classic episodes. Agreed on the great soundtrack. The voice of Nemoy, as well as the visuals paired with the music, make for a surreal experience. Old shows on CBC from the 70's and 80's are like this too.
