I just killed my Korg Poly 800

Ok so I did the moog slayer mod and fucked it up because I put heat on diode 2 for tooo long, so just wondering if anyone knows what diode to replace it with?

I have no fucking clue about diodes lawl and just wondering if someone out there could help me?

use a 1N4001 (or any other 1N400x diode).

I got the cutoff to work from a knob, but the resonance is bust... hrmmm. I think maplin gave me the wrong resistor. The banding looked ever-so-slightly a different colour on it, not a completely different colour... but a different shade. Maybe I just bust it though? Ahh... some day when I 'm bored again I'll fuk it up somemore... probably.

how does it sound?

I replaced the diode but it still does not work, any ideas?

EDIT: it powers on but displays what looks like a 79 and some other digits and makes no sound, duno wtf happened!
