a quick 4am piano improv on my lovely new 49 note keyboard (cme m-key)

just c minor with a tone pitch bend on the joystick thing

i enjoyed. how did you did this work with a joystick? :on2long:

i used it for pitchbend on the key changes (ie. c minor to go into d minor and b minor - i can only improv in c!).

the joystick is pretty cool though - left and right movement replaces the pitch bend wheel, up replaces modulation and down is aftertouch.

the only gripes i have is that you have to hold modulation in place and occasionally pitchbend when using it.
