another thing ...all the live sets are named by their location, but not the event they take place. like i downloaded the pukkelpop set which i already had, but because of the location i thought it was a different one. it would be good if it was named by both location and name of the event

I don't like to bite the hand that feeds, but I have to agree, this isn't a good way to manage this stuff. Also, wouldn't it be better to reserve .flac formats for sets that come in a really high quality? Seems wasteful to be .flacing files that are for the most part in horrible quality anyway. And while we're at it, some of these sets are often broken up into tracks, and 95% of the time the breaks don't really occur during cut points or otherwise sound positions...wouldn't it just be better to offer the sets as one file or is this how they're given to you?

I agree, splitting livesets isn't a great idea.

CATS told me the threads are started automatically, so it's probably something Joyrex/chaosmachine would have to fix.

Well, for ease of scanning really, but the problem is that no-one every splits livesets in a great way (at proper or "sound" mix out points)....don't mean to split hairs about this, but it's slightly irritating.

i dont know how anyone could possibly think i'd make all these threads. they are autogenerated, i've talked to joyrex twice about removing this feature. i know its convenient to bitch about me, but its not going to be useful.
