Female Vocals

Hey I'm looking for female singing vocals to chop up. Any suggestions?

Yeah but none of my female friends are singers. I'm looking for those singing vocals that P73 or Machinedrum use.

I usually just hear a song I like and then download the acapella separately, however try these out and if I can remember anymore I will post

i don't know if the sample he used was actually poly styrene singing or not, i have a version that doesn't sound so

anyway try some female punk vocalists, or if you're feeling adventurous try to do something with harriet wheeler

she has a punk sort of attitude but sang in the sundays which was a sort of indie pop band, kinda like the smiths

go to your local record store and pick up some dianna ross or aretha franklin
