Guest naos
I hope this is not a jazzband, if yes, I'm sorry Funny how these two diametrically opposite tracks, share something in common.. Gives you an idea about how Tom's musical talent expands. Any guesses? goonstock
sometimes people think their acid lines are that good usually after too much acid but seriously what does this reveal to you? Guest naos
It reveals something about putting the same tune in different context, which id in this case, drastically different. And it puts whole process of creation in perspective, I guess. It seems as if buzz caner was some kind of chanell for hardcore mindfuck tendency, and in TFEB it was used merely as aestethical mindfuck element. But the thing I've learned from this was that sqp was quite deep into making hardcore acid and at the same time maddly involved in deconstructing jungle/dnb beats and playing expert-level bass solos on the top of jazz chords. My head hurts when I think about time necessary for collecting critical knowlegde about jazz harmony, drum programming and in bass playing to achieve that level of skill. I really admire his genious! solarion
I meant the beat at the start, not the drums themselves. So what exactly am I kidding about? Is it the fact that the same types of drums are used everywhere, that everybody knows that drum line is repeated, that I'm lying (which I'm not), or something else?
