They changed some of the synth sounds too.

Chinook is really amazing...the ending goes on the same plate as Hell Interface Trapped remix, and maybe XYZ!

The single version is a frigging awesome track. The menacing synths make it for me, but the last several minutes of madness take it off somewhere else altogether, I agree.

the 7" was the first BoC i ever got and i thought that track was awesome straight away. best of the two. the shop guy sold it to me before i ever even heard of Boards. i'd just heard of Skam and said ok i'll take one. right place right time.

the word chinook is really commonly used in the names of places in alberta, where i am from. i love the song, but it makes me think of small towns and bloated shopping centres....

the chinook is a helicopter with two spinning blades for twice the ninja action

the first times i ever heard the word were when it was associated w/ the salmon and the helicopter as well.
