Guest Salient
Is there any decent wav editors that allow layers? So for example if I wanted to construct a new beat over a break and then take the original out at the end so i'm left with my new beat, how could i do that? Also, I think Audacity is multitrack capable, and it's free. Fred McGriff
wow this idea had never occurred to me. i use goldwave for 99% of what i do but isn't what you're asking for essentially just a sequencer? Guest Salient
I primarily used goldwave, (untill my demo ran out), since then i've been using SoundForge. Though true, it could be done on a sequencer, I guess I could give it a go, I thought it would be too tricky/unprecise Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/3538-layers-in-wav-editors/#findComment-70619 Share on other sites
Fred McGriff
in a weird way, i like having one layer only, because if i could undo and adjust all the time, i would never get anything finished! too much of a perfectionist.
