It's time for another installment of Medium music for you all and boy, have we got one hell of an exciting line up for you this time!

After initial releases with Source Direct in 2000, Instra:mental are back with some of the freshest and most exciting music around. Their first new release 'Comanche' on label Darkestral really set the tone and the buzz just keeps growing. Not just constrained to the sounds of drum and bass, Instra:mental bring a wide range of styles to the table, drawing on influences from many genres notably Detroit techno. This is only their third London date and they're sure to excite the crowd with their varied and cutting edge sound.

Even before his first release came out, there was a lot of hype about Survival. Since his preliminary offerings on DNAudio and Quarantine, Steve's production has been prolific. He has continued to become an increasingly important and influential figure in the drum and bass scene, rolling out timeless classics such as 'U457' and 'Stasys' and recently the huge 'No More' alongside Zero T. With an album in the pipeline for D Bridge's top quality Exit label, Survival has some great music in the bag and is sure to draw for the Medium crowd.

Ramadanman has been enjoying massive critical acclaim, both for his stark minimal dubstep productions, and his incendiary DJ sets. Drawing from a wide range of influences including Detroit Techno, Garage and House, his tunes regularly find their way into the record boxes of Techno DJs, Dubstep heads and Minimalists alike. It should come as no surprise therefore to hear that Ricardo Villalobos opened his set at Germany's Timewarp Techno festival with not one but two Ramadanman beats. The past year has seen his music hitting wax for the legendary Soul Jazz and his own Hessle Audio Imprint. Expect a deep and varied selection from one of the dubstep scene's most exciting artists.

Resident duties are fulfilled by the lovely and talented Tasha and this time she is joined by the wicked selektah, Rupture resident, Panka. With a selection of hot new beats & old skool gems, these two guarantee to get the party started.

This fine evening will be hosted by the tremendously talented MC, producer and all-round rudeboy Joker D, who will be joined by serious man of the moment, someone you all should know by now, big time producer and quality host, the most affable MC System.

Entry is only £5 before 11pm and £7 after so come and join the Medium vibe…. ;o)
