I applaud your effort, but this seemed like a bunch of random drilly fuckery...no groove at all...especially not with these cheesy drum samples.

What makes you think the percussion is sampled?

Define "groove" in your own opinion.. also

I mean I'm not saying it really sounds bad, but by cheesy drums I mean the ones you got off of the hardware...they sound straight out of the box if you know what I mean...and by groove I mean there isn't many places where you allow the beat to get full and strong, it always remains in some kind of half-way territory. You build up lots of tension with the never repeating drum patterns, but never release it with an orgasmic bassy groovy line. Also, the melody you got going with that single synth needs some work, parts sound wrongly dissonant, specifically the 2nd part of the theme.
