J9 pic disk on e-bay

And there was me thinking I could get a tidy sum for my copy. If this doesn't go for much more it won't be worth me selling my copy really.

Doesn't sound like it was in the best of condition either, not too bad though and sleeve present (with a crack as well). Normally this would sell for more if were in better condition.

I own 2 copies of the Joyrex J9i 10" Picture Disc, one vinyl in very good condition (no sleeve), and the other one in near mint condition (with sleeve present). Was going to sell the lesser condition copy but hadn't gotten around to it... maybe later this week, as I need the money

I'm surprised It only went for £53.86. I thought it would have gone for a bit more than that.

I bought one of these about 4 years ago for $35 - mint. The only keyword in the ebay title was joyrex, and I got lucky b/c there was a buy it now.

I later sold it for $400, buy it now, and it ended up getting shattered in the post.

When I started my ebay record shop I was going to the post office every day with a stack of records to dispatch. Now it's one or two a week if I'm lucky despite me putting new records on often.

There are x5 J9 pic disks on Discogs ranging from £155 up to 303 Euros in price. Wishful thinking on the part of the sellers I fear. I'm sure that at last 3 of them have been up for sale on Discogs for at least a year! The front page for this record shows 202 people wanting it. Clearly they're not to impressed with the sellers prices either!

Yeah, did pretty well on that one until the refund :/

I think it's a combination of the us dollar being worthless and ebay sucking balls, as to why there's not as much biz these days. In part.

Quie possibly. I used to sell a fair few records to people in the US. F**k all to the US for months now though.
