Guest Alex0112
So after years of working on music, I think my work has finally yielded a few tunes that could possibly be finished. Being such a perfectionist, I can never accurately judge my music, and figured this would be a good place to get some criticism, as opposed to just showing friends and getting the whole "ah thats tight man" shit. But anyway, I'm attaching three songs. The last one I still think I can add on to. Also, all three I think could potentially benefit from better mixing, but here goes: Thanks for the feedback ahead of time! Guest Alex0112
By the way, I almost never title my songs, except for that first one "welting the max," so if anyone has ideas for song titles- throw em out there! EDIT: Guess I can't go over the 20mb limit even in a different post or thread? fuck... Amen Warrior
Hi. I liked the first one - specifically because it wasn't overproduced, it was really relaxing, however by the end i was hoping for some sort of variation in the percussion. Still good though. I loved the second one, it's going straight in my music-from-watmm folder Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/36723-a-few-songs-to-share-feedback-please/#findComment-793603 Share on other sites

perunamuusi
its nice. i like the beat in welting the max. maybe add some realtime modulation to the bleepy synths rather than vary up the drums as someone else said. i like its relentlessness. 2nd one is very nice too. maybe drums could be a bit louder though i quite like how the synth mids and highs are quite overpowering. hypnotic i like Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/36723-a-few-songs-to-share-feedback-please/#findComment-793792 Share on other sites
Guest tht! tne
weltingthemax 2ii: i like the sound in the snare's place. i think the fadeout at the end is too long. jamii: takes a long time to get going imo. it is kind of aimlessly pretty but didn't satisfy my need for substance. Guest A/D
i like jamII - nice textures and chords - but it does feel like a jam in that it lacks structure. could be way more effective with some more defined form, adding/subtracting layers, changing up the flow, etc. thanks for posting! post more when you can [: Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/36723-a-few-songs-to-share-feedback-please/#findComment-797175 Share on other sites
