Guest Tamas
I personally use Cool Edit Pro, it works great. It's called Adobe Audition now I believe, but personally I like Cool Edit Pro better. Guest mrx
I still use cool edit 2.1 cause it does everything I need it to do. If you're looking for recently released software, then maybe look into soundforge or wavelab. enki
Sound Forge 4.5 is a nice quick'n'dirty editor.. Solid as a rock. Sadly doesn't support 24-bit files, but I find it to be just the thing for chopping samples.
