This is fucking awesome. How did you go about making that vocalish pad part in the middle? I've been trying after a sound like that for a few days now, but I just don't think I can do it without delving into FM synthesis.

Yo, that pad isn't FM! The vocal quality just comes from the lp filter resonance.
