Virtual queue channels?

Is there any way to make a virtual "queue" channel in windows? Basically i want to know if its at all possible to get two different channels outputting at the same time with only one soundcard, so if its possible to maybe use my soundcard and my onboard sound chip, or maybe use individual 5.1 channels as seperate outputs?

 

Is there any way to get a channel for queuing up on a computer without the need for a soundcard with two outputs?
