recording sound from youtube videos

is there an easy way to record sound from a youtube video into my DAW (ableton live 6)?

i am using a mac. i dont want to have to record it out of my computer and then have to load it back into the computer. anyone know of a program or way to do this?

Shouldn't Audacity be able to do this? I use CoolEdit and that works just like any other Audio Editing tool...

it is quite possible as i have never used those programs before. (hope they're free)

that site never seems to work - I've tried it several times - I think it is busy all the time

the downloadable application works well, but it's windows only so it'll probably be no use to OP.
