I like the filtery pads. Perhaps spread them wider so they really envelope the listener (either with a stereo expander, reverb + compression combo, or mastering software that can achieve that effect) --BoC's really good at this. The mix could use something extra in the higher frequency spectrum methinks, maybe a lead synth line of some sort. I like the synth bass line, quite catchy --slam some multiband compression on there to make it stick out more, ditto for the drums. I like the flange effect on that percussive bit around 3:30 onward-ish. Maybe trim down the arrangement a bit and stick to the best parts, it'll give it more impact. This track has a cool underwater vibe. I think you should add to it and continue tweaking the mix to maximum goodness!
