I just listened to this for the first non-bangface time, and I was really disappointed. The static overloads in the live recording really gave it a depth that is missing in the bland studio version. It's nice enough, but just so blah.

Anyone else feel the same way?

It fucking well is an' all. Especially, ESPECIALLY that fucked up, sloppy sounding chord (or whatever it is in musowankspeak) that drops in at 0:57, 1:10, 2:14 and 2:27, as well as 0:52 - 1:17 and 2:09 - 2:34 on the whole. Truly awesome new-found musical moments.

I hope you appreciate the trouble I went to to point that out, I had to break off from Vacuum Garden.
