it's kinda imperceptible unless you listen for it, but once you've heard it, you'll always notice it

it might be my favourite moment in the track

Its all about the hihhats changing :)

it's because this is when the track starts to take off... i believe that he starts off all liveband to show what the limitations of a traditional band are, and then thats when the track literally takes off and goes beyond the realm of conventional music.

this is why the new LP is so disappointing, is that he has fully embraced the limitations of conventional music and sought to show that he's better than rock bands, which he no doubt is, but like... yeah.

I swear to fuck you're reading my mind lately kaini. I was marvelling at the (to me) imperceptible transition again when having a bit of Ultravisitor on the bus yesterday. Not the ideal listening arena, but there you go. I'll see if I can finally spot it.
