autopilot
I have started work on a new album, WATMM. It may be in the same vein as this song, or go in a completely different direction. I'm not sure, as this is the only song that's been written so far. Your browser does not support the HTML5 audio tag http://www.earvalve.com/mp3/ulterior%20motives.mp3 Enjoy. Zephyr_Nova
I think the melodic ideas are all pretty neat, and that wooden chimey sound is quite cool. Good sound sources. The sounds could all use a lot of compression and additional EQing to give the mix extra punch. It all sounds kind of subdued as is, whereas the beatwork and arrangement itself has great energy. Could use a boost in the bottom end as well. I really like the song itself --REALLY like it. Great style, something emotive about it. In fact with the right mastering it might not really need anything else. autopilot
I agree about the EQ'ing. I'm working on a better mastered version right now, so I took this one down. Thanks for listening, guys. :D Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/3793-ulterior-motives/#findComment-77253 Share on other sites
