Eric Hogg - Origins Unknown

I figure there's probably about a dozen people here who'd be into this.

It's acoustic guitar based song music, with full production. Interesting chord changes and harmonies seem to be stand out elements for a lot of listeners. The Beatles are the group I get the most comparisons with, though I think there's only a slight resemblance. Elliott Smith and misc. prog bands (Porcipine Tree, Jellyfish...) are the other comparisons I tend to get.

Not sure what else to say... It's self produced. My friend played drums on a few tracks. I recorded a lot more material but selected the 10 tracks I thought fit best together. It was recorded in bits and pieces, a couple songs at a time, often months apart. I've finished recording another 5 songs for a follow up that will likely be out early next year.

I hereby conclude my awkward and fragmented wattms press release.

Cool, thanks! Who are some singers you're into? I sometimes wish I had a deeper more gravelly voice for some stuff I do.

I've been trying to make my stools more regular. The next one will hopefully be due sometime early next year.
