So I managed to hear this, and goddamn, it blows all electronic music out of the water.

well, these clips just happen to be from the albums best tracks. don't let them fool you kids! nevertheless these tracks rock though. or they kick ass. whatever you kids call a good track nowadays.

just acquired this. It sounds like his most poppy album yet. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing yet.

Definitely sounds more trendy than Mustache

he is definitely catering to the plebs more on this album, but it's still pretty fresh and amazing.

Definitely more trendy than moustache, but I haven't heard anything that fell too far away from expectations. This is so dancefloor friendly but not in nearly as pleb hipster a way as he could have. Approved. Oizo subforum. The death of flat eric a la un chien andalou is striking.

yeah i think besides those two Hun and Cut20dick are probably the most interesting. The rest honestly sounds very throw away to me.

I thought the transexual EP was excellent, all of the tracks on it stood on their own. On this record you can tell which tracks like 'bruce willis is dead' are total filler, its a shame too because i think this would work better as an 8 track EP instead of a 17 track album. It seems a tad weak with so much filler as it is now

also whats Oizo's new fascination with the 15 year old blaring trance music lead sound (that has in the last 5 years repopularized itself in american hip hop) it sounds fucking terrible on every song he uses it here.

the songs W, Lars Von Sen, Steroids, Jo, bruce willis is dead are definitively at least for me the worst songs Oizo has ever produced

Overall i think this is his weakest LP out of the 3, but its still worth listening to. There are some fantastic tracks on here.

i made myself a compilation of all the Mr Oizo remixes and instrumentals (not on his own releases) from the past 3 years, for people in need of good oizo PM me and ill send them over.

also positif seems like a bit more of an extension on moustache than the other tracks. personally analog worms is still my favorite, moustache is best but worms is right up my alley.

i think his previous album mustache half a scissor is one of the most innovative electronic releases of all time. i can see why one wouldn't like that LP but compared to this new one it sounds like Stockhausen

man I loved moustache, haven't heard this all yet but from his other recent stuff I wish he'd just drop the 4^floor already. gay dentists makes me very happy though.
