JAS - most tablaturable pusher album ever

Recommended Posts

been trying to figure this out tonight.

he's refined his melodic approach - it's loopy but some of this is insanely hard to play. lots of two-bass action, like the glass road where he has distorted bass providing an er bass with a clean one over the top on melody duty

this is definitely the most tabbable SP yet - whereas a lot of previous stuff's tab would be 'play this 8bar loop for ten minutes, gradually increasing the cutoff on an LPF' this one is like... proper rock music in terms of how it looks on paper

what i've made of delta v so far:

G|-------(drum |-------(drum-|--------------|
D|.------break,|-------break,|-------------.|
A|.7-6-5-three-|-4-3-2-three-|-------------.|
E|-------beats)|-------beats)|-1-1-1/5~~~~~-|
repeat x 9

G|--------------------------------------------------------
D|--------------------------------------------------------
A|-/7-5-7---------------------/7-/7-------------------5-4-
E|--------2-3-5-0-3-5-2-3-5-0-------2-3-5-0-3-5-2-3-4-----
repeat x 4

hm, the spacey melody in planet gear seems to be in the wholetone scale or something. cool.
