Boards of Canada Someone says they have "Play By Numbers"

that'd kick ass if somebody got a hold of it.. mike and marc couldn't complain since it was properly pressed and sold like a normal cd (unlike old tunes)

Play By Numbers was not sold commercially, nor is it a pressed CD. All BoC releases were DIY efforts until they got enough money together to press Twoism, which was in a few local shops.

i think easterlingman just means more "official" releases, whatever that means, as compared to the small number of old tunes that were just passed around friends.

i smell a liar.

i can just about guarantee that this guy is lying. i've lost track of the number of people who have claimed to have 'hooper bay'; then when they actually let me download it, and it's just one of like 5,000 different fakes
