Zephyr Nova (self titled debut)

It's available here with previews:

http://www.amazon.com/Zephyr-Nova/dp/B001I...044&sr=1-24

It's also available on iTunes and a bunch of other sites. Some of the previews start in odd places, but they should give you a general idea of what to expect... lots of melodic content, beat fuckery, expansive sound, sonic experimentation, sweet bits, nasty bits, layered production.

I finished this album up a looong time ago for Metric Style records, and I'm relieved that it's finally seeing the light of day. It was originally planned as a CD release, but I'm not sure if that's still going to happen. In the meantime I've more or less finished a second album, which will hopefully be out by spring.

Anyway, hopefully a few people here will enjoy it. Of course, I would prefer if many people here loved it. That's what I'm aiming for. So please do spread the word!

Cheers,

-Eric

Cool, going to buy this with pepsi points!

i steal your pepsi points and buy a jet plane with them!

good work Zephyr, will definitely be picking this up.Which service did you or the label use to put your stuff out on itunes and the like?

Thanks for checking it out! Metric Style went through Tunecore for digital distribution. It took about 5 weeks to get set-up, pretty standard.

So is Pepsi taking all my profits now? Seems like something Pepsi would do...

no don't worry i think pepsi reimburses the profits that would regularly be made.

Hehe, yeah I figured it was something like that. I always wonder any time these sites have special deals. Like there are a whole bunch of mp3 sites where it says something like "GET YOUR FIRST 15 DOWNLOADS FREE!" which always makes me nervous about selling shit on them. I wants my moneys!

Zephyr Nova can pop a zit on his face and talent (with a little bit of blood) spews out... You don't fuck with Zephyr Nova, for the sun shines outta his rectum...

Seriously though all his composition is compelling with top-notch production. Very enjoyable listen... To think of the utter shite like township funk that gets signed these days.

Wake up and smell the Nova.

Essines has, and always will remind me of MacReady.

This sounds great and tasty, especially Quiddity and yes, Day Breaks. If I get paid this month I'll buy it, but currently I'm low on cash, sorry

Thanks for the support!

Yeah, Day Breaks is one of my favorites for sure. That's usually one of the first tracks I put on when showing my music to new people.
