my parents had loads of there friends round for a BBQ, and they had my brothers ipod out there playing from speakers, coz they put all there take that, kylie, robbie etc on it.

and i put loads of afx and squarepusher on because I use it sometimes, i was in the kitchen and i could hear abacus 2 by pusher playing, then 20 mins later someone had put on alberto balsm cant spell. so either them or some of there friends must like em, and there in ther 40s.

If they're in their 40s, then they're closer in age to those artists than you are.

A guy at work who is probably mid to late-forties and has a teenage son is into Aphex. He went and saw Aphex play last time he was here and has most of his albums. He didn't know about the Tuss so I burnt him a copy of that and he likes it. His main musical interest is with Punk though. :sick:

i had a posh diner (sea food) with my parents & friends once. at the end, everyone was a bit drunk & after requests for "insane music", i did put some merzbow at huge volume. once was enough.
