I think the amens are kind of stupid but I dunno whether to replace them or just modify the sound a lo

I see what you mean about the Amen. The initial slice you've got on it is good but it could do with a little bit more variation for my liking. Think you'd be best to mod the sound a bit. Personally I used to love using Amen's but I think it sounds too over used unless you do something truly original with it which is difficult as it's been used so much. Your other sounds are pretty decent though. A melody/lick maybe?

Yeah I should've put more in in general, I've just been afraid to put a lot of time into tracks because I keep finding some new thing to tweak the audio, and I realize I've been hearing it wrong when I mix again :(

I really need to get some kind of sound interface thing, but hopefully this still has gut-busting bass or however they put it in the magazines?
