I honestly think they are done releasing music, at least as Boards of Canada. I would put money on it..

weren't they in different parts of the world too. thinking it might slow things down when it comes to tweaking knobs to get that perfect hihat sound.

I'm thinking they're done and dusted now.

Let's not forget,they never were the most prolific of groups. To have a body of work,albeit small,that has never veered far from perfection is worth the wait in my eyes. Shit,even the stuff we were not supposed to hear is better than the majority of other groups material.

Let's be patient. I for one have good vibes for 2009.

They've always had massive gaps between releases.

Aye, cheers to patience. I think that they can't stop where they're at now. They've only just begun for my two pence. Trans Canada Highway and the Odd Nosdam remix is nowhere near the finale BoC would want to let loose upon the world, don't you reckon? I mean, it's good and all, but it would be kind of a small and silent punctuation mark .

for what it's worth: a couple of months ago the BoC myspace homepage was updated, and their Mood was "drilling". whatever that means, i don't know. i know that Boards themselves do not maintain the page, but i am pretty sure it's maintained by someone affiliated with them. (the site appears legit.)
