Open Sound Control

I'm looking for a Windows application that can receive high-res (14-bit) MIDI controller data from my Encore Slidemate and convert it into OSC data that I can then route into Reaktor. I have absolutely no experience with OSC and I am completely baffled about where to begin with it. Does anyone here have any experience with it? (And yes, I know, I can probably do it in Max/MSP. Thanks in advance for that helpful suggestion, whoever makes it. )

Looks like I was mistaken about the Slidemate.. Not really sure what the resolution of it is. 8-bit, maybe? Certainly not 14-bit. Oh, well.
